International Conference "Systems Dynamics and Control Processes"

The conference dedicated to the 90th Anniversary of Academician Nikolay Krasovskii takes place at UrFU

On September 15 – 20, the International Conference "Systems Dynamics and Control Processes", dedicated to the 90th Anniversary of Academician Nikolay Krasovskii, is hosted by Ural Federal University. The conference is organized by the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics (IMM) named after N.N. Krasovskii of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (UrB RAS), the Ural Federal University (UrFU) named after the first President of Russia B.N.Yeltsin, and the Firm "Adaptivnye Resheniya" ("Adaptive Solutions").

A member of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Vladimir Ushakov, said that the conference covers actual problems, methods, and algorithms for their solution.

179 academics and lecturers from Russian and foreign universities take part in the event. The right to present the results of the researches have only those scientists, who received a special invitation from the organizers. The opening ceremony was attended by graduate students of UrFU Institute of Mathematics and Computer Sciences, which conduct research in the field of Applied Mathematics

The conference program includes plenary and sectional reports. The organizers also plan to publish the abstracts of the reports presented on the conference.

The participants discuss contemporary issues and problems of stability of motion and mathematical control theory. In particular, they will cover such research areas as: stability and stabilization, management and evaluation of dynamic systems under uncertainty, differential games, management of distributed systems and inverse problems of dynamics, generalized solutions of Hamilton-Jacobi equations and numerical methods in control theory and applications.
