Korean Specialists in Rehabilitation and Medical Tourism have visited UrFU

The students had a chance to learn about healthy diet and methods of rehabilitation after different traumas in Korea

Korean experts in the field of rehabilitation and preventive health care, rehabilitation and medical tourism visited UrFU Institute of Physical Education, Sport and Youth Policy.

Professor of the Rehabilitation Department of Chungnam National University Hospital. Soo Kyung Bok, told about his research in the field of nutrition, presented his medical center and told about Korean programs for recovering from injuries and various diseases.

Korean guests were shown the sports facilities, scientific and educational laboratory "Sports and health technologies" of UrFU Institute of Physical Education, Sport and Youth Policy. Foreign scientists have noted the unique laboratory equipment and the research carried out by undergraduate and graduate students. In addition, they also participated in a round table discussion on possible ways of cooperation.

The presentation was supported by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Republic of Korea, Daejeon City Administration and the Medical Association "Center of the World of Medical Technologies."
