For a more reliable determination of your psycho-type, it is recommended to offer this test to as many people who know you well as possible, so that they can put down the answers as they see and imagine you. In this case, your psycho-type will be the most common.
Psychotype descriptions
Strengths:
Distinguished by leadership character. A person is strong-willed, mobilized, energetic. Has a quick reaction, combined with good composure. Can manage people, quickly oriented in changing circumstances. Is capable of making cardinal decisions quickly. Is attuned to realistic goals - a flexible tactician. Energetic, in periods of enthusiasm develops remarkable efficiency. Has a critical mind. Actively defends the interests of oneself and one's group. Strives for a high material standard of living. Likes to act in a big way, all carefully weighed and developed a specific action plan. Very purposeful and practical in action. Lives with reason, puts business above personal sympathies. Stress-resistant, mobilizes in extreme situations.
Weaknesses:
Quite aggressive with indecisive people who shy away from bold action. Does not tolerate an orderly tone: If pressured, fights back vigorously. Self-loving, intolerant of others' blunders and mistakes in anger. In personal relations uncompromising, wants to arrange things his or her own way. Weaknesses:

Values friendship. If a person asks for help, helps, not sparing personal time. Does not impose the opinion to anyone, but then it usually turns out as the person wanted. Always glad when someone liked what the person did. Has a reputation as a punctual person. Does not like to drag out appointments. Stress-resistant and in a dangerous situation behaves in an emphatically cold-blooded manner. Warnings about danger provoke in the person not fear, but interest and desire to test himself/herself.
Weaknesses:
Prone to skepticism, likes to analyze and banter. Usually does not show emotions and feelings in public, though the person is rather impressionable. If there is something one likes and it will be well-paid, makes it quality, with taste and soul. Strives under any circumstances not to lose sense of proportion. Capable of doing much by his/ her own hands. Well feels the state of other people, is able to adapt gently to the interlocutor. He is very friendly, attentive and sympathetic with all. He strives for a good material standard of living. Usually does not impose one's will on anyone, does not criticize oneself and does not like it when other people criticize him/ her. Takes a position of the golden mean in the team.
Weaknesses:
Has trouble with strenuous business activity, it is difficult to be mobile and dynamic for a long time. Can be relaxed and uncomfortable. Secretive and vulnerable. Can exhibit obvious discontent if one breaks his/her peace. In such moments, he or she could be indignant or give a harsh response. Rather lazy: if the work does not interest him much, not promising any benefits to him personally, can fake. He does not see the sense in idle vanity and vain waste of energy. Likes reliability and thoroughness in everything. Distinguished by a high capacity for work. Able to handle money with care and rationality. Prefers practicality and goodness of things over fashion. Likes order in everything. Has a strong sense of duty. Values time and does not like to waste it. Very punctual, tries to plan everything ahead. Prefers not to take unnecessary risks. Weaknesses:
Conservative in one's tastes and habits. Does not take criticism well, even in a joking form. Can be excessively harsh in critical assessments. Intolerant of slovenliness and negligence, requires compliance with justified methods of work. Willingly comes to the aid of people in difficult moments, providing various services. Weaknesses:
Painfully tolerates injustice and unethical behavior. Vulnerable and impressionable, responds in the same way to good and evil. Sees other people's shortcomings well, is distinguished by harshness of assessments, but more often expresses attitude not so much with words as with a tone and a glance. Well sees the right perspective of ideas and cases. Can find an unexpected solution to a problem where others do not see it, based on a variety of information and consider it as if from the side, intuitively. Readily advises how to get out of difficult situations. Vague ideas can be processed into a theory, which has the form of a system. Structuralist and classifier, going from the general to the particular. Rather assertive, often has organizational skills in the field of searching for principally new approaches. Often places work above family or personal relations. Democratic, does not like to be held in high esteem.
Weaknesses:
Cannot tolerate strict regimentation and monotonous routines. Cannot live according to a strict plan. Rather disorganized: distracted by interesting details, sometimes does not manage to do the main things in time. Can talk off-topic, retreating into one's own thoughts. Weaknesses:
Not everyone can stand one's intense work regime, which tends to change arbitrarily, imposing one's rhythm on those around one. Usually, worries turn out to be so much that one cannot cope with everything. Also, the person often has a tendency to be overly reckless and to be the first to rush into all dubious activities. Very talkative, loves to tell and discuss what one reads or hears. Can dress casually enough, does not like it when people pay close attention to one's appearance. Indolent by nature, therefore often allows negligence in completing business documentation, in work requiring scrupulousness thoroughness, "creative disorder" in everyday life and in the workplace. Usually has broad humanitarian interests.
Weaknesses:
Has difficulty balancing internally. Is inclined to overdramatize events. Self-loving, vulnerable, attuned to the correct, polite attitude, long remembers injuries. Does not like it when people interrupt and rush him/her. Acutely experiences failures and disappointments. Categorical in judgments and conclusions, not inclined to compromise. By nature aristocratic, may allow extremes in dress, expressing himself this way (extravagance or, conversely, elements of carelessness).does not like to do many things at once. Shows understanding, tolerance. Can compromise for the sake of peace and concord. Responsive and considerate. Accepts people as they are, forgives their weaknesses and does not try to remake them by force. Very stable in one's affections. Demonstrates understanding of another person's violent emotions. Tries to calm him/her down and give sensible advice. If that does not help, can patiently wait until the other person calms down. Loves meticulousness and thoroughness. Scrupulous in work. Is dutiful, conscientious and punctual. Strives to lead a healthy lifestyle and avoid bad habits. Tries to adhere to the principles of humanism and justice in everything.
Weaknesses:
Impressive and vulnerable.Tough to deal with conflicts and misunderstandings, stressful. Very scrupulous, does not like to burden others. At the same time, poorly tolerates loneliness, needs attention from people close to him or her. Getting bogged down in details, he often overworked himself. Hardly gives an assessment of the quality of the work done and the time spent on it. Trustful and sincere, which is regrettable sometimes, as his/ her kindness is abused. Romantic and optimistic, believes in a bright future. Has a well-developed presentiment, and is worried about the outcome of the case, though does not show it outwardly. Respects strong authoritative people who can give specific instructions. In the interest of the cause can show good diplomatic skills, disposing people to her/himself by her/his modesty and charm. Has a good sense of humor. Skilful in the ability to please. Knows how to find an individual approach to everyone. Demonstrates refinement, good manners and graceful movement. Dresses tastefully and is elegant.
Weaknesses:
Internally vulnerable, inconsistent. A little unsure of himself, prone to doubt and hesitation in choosing a solution. He needs to be involved in the case. Needs moral, physical, and material support. Because of absent-mindedness sometimes forgets to fulfill promises. In work tends to drown in details, get distracted by small things and thus do not have time to do in time more important things. Does not like a strict order, thoughtless obedience to regulations and instructions. In the workplace and home can allow "artistic" mess. Does not like people who are stingy in the little things.
