Choral won gold at the International Christmas Festival

The collective performed in the ancient Catholic churches of Bratislava

The ensemble of ancient music Choral won gold in the category “Adult chamber choir” at the XII International Festival of Advent and Christmas Music 2017. The ensemble’s performance included “Madonna ma pieta” by Orlando di Lasso, “Deep Peace” by Brian Tate, Our Chebotary' from the choral cycle "Tongue Twister" by Vladimir Belyaev and a Jewish folk song Radhalaila in Max Frey's adaptation.

Vocalists performed on December 7-10 in the ancient Catholic churches of Bratislava: the Franciscan church of the XIII century, the Church of the Clarissines, in the mirror hall of Primas's palace, which was built during the Renaissance. At the end of the festival, Choral performed at the Christmas market located at one of the main squares of the city. It was a real pleasure for the members of the ensemble to perform and support festive atmosphere.

Choral will share Christmas mood during the annual concert 'World celebrates Christmas', which take place on December 25 in the Assembly Hall of Ural Federal University (Lenin 51, 3rd floor). Start is at 19:00. Admission is free.
