UrFU Lecturers Learned to Use Travelator

The course is available to any teachers willing to complete it

Ural Federal University continues an educational course for lecturers on working with persons with a physical condition. Practical training started today, and UrFU staff learned how to use a travelator (a device that makes it easier for a wheelchair user to get to another level of a building).

‘We teach how to properly help students with limited mobility. Today, at the lesson, the lecturers experienced all the difficulties of the university building in a wheelchair,’ Victoria Dikhor, the Ural Federal University Center for Inclusive Education psychologist, said.
