A new service "Level of individual achievements of research and teaching staff" has become available in the My Indicators section of the personal account of the UrFU employee. The service publishes data on the level of achievements of scientific and pedagogical employees, including lists of the most productive workers for the year of summarizing both for the university as a whole and for the institute/scientific division.

"The data are formed after summarizing the results of the fulfillment of the indicators of the main effective contract by the scientific and pedagogical employees of UrFU. Achievements are determined in accordance with the total number of points gained by the participants according to the indicators they have fulfilled for the year of summarizing, with the application of restrictions on the number of points taken into account, established for some indicators of the System of Incentives for NDP", note in the university.

The results are published no later than March 1 of the year that follows the year for which the results are summarized on the implementation of the indicators of incentives for research and pedagogical workers. The results of 2022 are available in the service.

The service allows each teacher or researcher to compare their achievements with those of their colleagues, as well as to form an optimal strategy to improve their position in the professional community.
