Every year, the Russian government allocates a certain number of government-funded scholarships at Russian universities for acclaimed international students (22,000 enrolled in 2019-20).
You can apply for the Russian Government Scholarship Scholarship funded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Science at the website of the Ministry until February 20, 2021.
