The University is Developing Cooperation with the Mongolian State University of Education

The priorities are the programs of two diplomas and the promotion of the Russian language

Ural Federal University continues to conduct comprehensive work on establishing constructive connections with educational and scientific organizations of Mongolia. This week, the rector of the Mongolian State University of Education (MSUE) Dashdorj Mandah and the director of the MSUE Lyceum Munkhbayar Munkhbaatar visited the university to work out the most promising joint projects. By the way, Dashdorj Mandah in 1984 graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of Ural State University (now - UrFU).

During the visit, the rectors of the two universities signed a three-year plan of cooperation, which involves the exchange of students and staff, educational and methodological literature, the development of joint educational programs of two diplomas, the preparation, implementation and publication of joint scientific research, and the organization of an international summer school.

On June 1, Victor Koksharov and Dashdorj Mandah also signed the first agreement on joint training of bachelors on the "Psychology" program. Another important aspect of joint work is the holding of a student international linguistic camp in Ulaanbaatar, in which students of the Mongolian State University of Education will also take part. The purpose of the camp, which will be held on July 10 - 31, 2018 is to increase motivation of Mongolian youth to learn Russian. The camp is organized by the members of the student international squad "Horizon". The mastering of the Russian language will take place during the joint labor, sports, creative and educational activities of Russian and Mongolian students.
