University of the Chinese autonomous region will take part in Innoprom

UrFU Rector invited Chinese university to participate in a major Russian industrial exhibition

The Delegation of the University of the Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China, Inner Mongolia, accepted the invitation of UrFU rector, Victor Koksharov, to participate in the main Russian industrial exhibition "Innoprom", which is held in Ekaterinburg every summer.

Yesterday the representatives of Inner Mongolia University headed by the rector Zheng Guojing came to the university with an official to discuss prospects for cooperation.

The rectors of the universities, Victor Koksharov and Zheng Guojing  signed a cooperation agreement between Ural Federal University and Inner Mongolian University.

We would like to remind that an agreement on cooperation between UrFU and high school number 1 of Syuypu County, Hunan Province was signed this spring. Our lecturers will teach Russian to Chinese school-students and prepare them for the exam, which will allow them enter UrFU.

Inner Mongolia is an autonomous region in The North of China with a population of nearly 25 million people. Inner Mongolia University is located in the administrative center of the region, the city of Hohhot. The university was founded in 1957, and today it is the largest university in the autonomous region. The number of students is about 20 thousand.

There are 17 students from Inner Mongolia, who study at Urals Federal University.
