On the day of the presentation an exhibition of his watercolors "Diary of impressions" will also be opened

The presentation of the album of the Ural artist, Herman Metelev, will be held on February 25 at the Department of Arts History and Culturology of Ural Federal University. The opening an exhibition of his watercolors "Diary of impressions" is also planned on the same day. The events will be held in the Multi Media Hall of UrFU Department of Arts History and Culturology (Lenina 51, room 413a). The start is at 17:00. Admission is free.

The rector of UrFU, Victor Koksharov says: "Herman Meteleva has a real connection with our university. The first thing our students see in the building on Turgenev Street is his mosaic "The Thinker", which introduces the world of high knowledge”.

Herman Metelev is a painter, graphic artist, theater artist, and sculptor. He was a member of the Artists' Union, participated in more than 150 collective and personal art exhibitions in Russia and abroad. He is a winner of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk region Prize. In 2003, Herman Metelev was awarded the title "Honored Artist of Russia."
