The Honorary Consul of Italy in Ekaterinburg Roberto D'Agostino spoke at the opening of the international training and methodological seminar "Actual questions of the methodology of teaching Italian language: language and cinema". He told the students of the university about about contemporary Italian cinema, special effects and landscapes, language, film identity and other aspects of cinematography.

‘Italian cinema today is changing, acquiring different forms. Different genres are being developed: realism, science fiction, documentaries. Of course, it is worth saying thanks for this to the Italian filmmakers, for example, Federico Fellini and many others. In his works Fellini uses deep symbolism, for example, fog is not just bad meteorological condition, but a motivation to think about the scene, a way to reveal the characters. When you watch films of Italian authors like Fellini, be sure to pay attention to it. If you look closely, then all the scenes in which there is fog - these are the moments when we should reflect upon,’ explains Roberto D'Agostino.
