EBEC Challenge: the participants built a Rube Goldberg machine and promoted milk in Athens

Students of UrFU Institute of Physics and Technology will go to Moscow for the regional stage

In May 2018, the regional stage of the EBEC Challenge engineering competitions will take place in Moscow. The university will be represented by two teams “Quantum milk” and “Olympus”. All members of the teams are students of the Physics and Technology Institute of Ural Federal University, who won in two sections: Case Study and Team design.

The team “Olympus” built the best Rube Goldberg; “Quantum milk” won a case study, in which the team was hired by a well-known dairy plant to win a new target market - the city of Athens. They successfully developed a strategy for production, packaging and proposed marketing strategies for the target market.
