Ural Federal University is one of 12 Russian universities whose graduates prefer to hire large Russian companies. These are the results of a survey conducted by the Coordination Council for the Development of Communities of Young Specialists at the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and the ACO - the Association of Citizens and Organizations to Promote the Development of Corporate Education.

The survey involved Gazprom, Gazpromneft, Rosatom, Sberbank, Roscosmos, Rosseti, Bashneft, Inter RAO, Quadra, NOVATEK, Prosveshchenie Publishing House, RusHydro, SIBUR Holding, PhosAgro, Enel Russia, Rosenergoatom. Representatives of the companies answered the question from which educational institutions they prefer to recruit young specialists.

According to the ACO President and the chairman of the Coordinating Council of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation for the Development of Communities of Young Specialists Olga Golyshenkova, most employers trust the graduates of those universities with whom they have established long-term and systemic partnerships, joint targeted training programs for specialists, and specialized contests are being implemented student projects, special training courses and departments are open.

“For a young person who chooses a dream employer, I highly recommend that you carefully study the information about the partner universities of this company. I advise you to find joint projects, contests, programs that universities implement with employers of interest to you, and try to take part in them personally. Of course, choosing a university, you need to focus on the employer, who will give you the opportunity to realize your potential and develop professional and personal competencies, ”said Olga Golyshenkova.
