Students will have access to online courses from all over the world

Ural Federal University continues to develop partnerships with online courses. For example, the university became a partner of the Coursera educational platform.

Online courses from the global educational platform from leading professors from all over the world will be available to university students. Over 1,500 Ural Federal University students will have the opportunity to take such courses as part of their educational programs.

"Today we are focused on high-quality online content and are not limited to our own massive open online courses, as part of the agreement, courses from the world's leading universities will be available to our students," says Aleksandra Kuzmina, director of the Online Learning Development Center.

Ural Federal University is one of the leading universities in Russia founded in 1920. UrFU is located in Yekaterinburg, the capital of the Ural region, an economic, industrial, scientific and cultural center of Russia. The university is the project office of the Ural Interregional Research and Education Center "Advanced Industrial Technologies and Materials" designed for solving tasks of "Science" National Project.
