The Engineering Vinaigrette team of students from nine Russian universities won according to the results of the Materials Science and Construction educational forum at Ural Federal University. The results were announced at the closing ceremony in Sochi.

Among the participants of the winning team were two Ural Federal University students. Aleksandr Vivdyuk and Sergey Sevastyanov received medals for first place, as well as gift white helmets.

"The Olympiad participants have access to the leading graduate programs of Ural Federal University: the university is developing a number of areas in partnership with employers both in engineering sciences and in economics, management, and information technology. Winners and runners-up will enter Ural Federal University without exams, and can also count on a significant increased scholarship from the first month of study," said Maxim Shnyrev, Head of the Division for Continuing Education and Career Guidance.

To choose the winners, the organizers evaluated the activity of the teams throughout the week-long program of the forum. Among the co-organizers of the events were TMK Group and Sinara Group. For students lectures on trends in construction and materials science, a competition program, trainings and master classes were held. In addition, participants defended case solutions from TMK Group and Sinara Group, and also prepared video projects Portrait of an ideal engineer.

Participants of the forum noted the benefits of classes with psychologists of UrFU and business trainers of TMK2U Corporate University. The experts taught the students how to avoid conflicts and get less nervous, told them about the secrets of public speaking skills and time management.
