A volunteer project received a grant from Rosmolodezh

Volunteers of Ural Federal University will create the Recruiting Center, which will combine all blocks of selection for major international events. The project of Volunteers of the Urals won the all-Russian competition of Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh). In total, three projects submitted by the university won the contest.

Volunteers at UrFU have been selecting suitable candidates for various functions, from navigation to guest relations, for several years now. To achieve a higher level of recruiting, existing Volural capabilities, such as interview appointment technology, will be refined.

"This victory is very important for us and for the development of volunteer activities in the region, as Ekaterinburg will soon have many major all-Russian events. The victory of our volunteer center once again emphasizes the importance of volunteers in the organization of world-class events. We already have experience in recruiting for major events, now there will be more opportunities for development," said Anton Belov, Director of the Volunteer Center of Ural Federal University.

The Recruiting Center will bring together a community of at least 35 volunteer recruiters, will improve the selection of volunteers and conduct a quality selection of candidates for participation in major sporting, creative and business events.
