The educational center of the Ural Interregional Research and Educational Center will introduce a new format of interaction with industrial partners - development of educational programs and courses on a "turnkey" basis, i.e. according to the requirements and wishes of the enterprises for training specialists in demand. Svetlana Kovalenko, Deputy Director of the Ural Interregional Research and Educational Center Competency Development Center, told about it during the presentation of the Ural Interregional Research and Educational Center educational track opportunities for the subjects of the Ural Federal District at the international exhibition-forum Innoprom-2022.

"Our main task is to establish a dialogue with companies, to find a new approach to interaction within the scientific and educational center. To tell them what we have and can do, and most importantly, to find out what they need. We have developed a scheme that allows to form new programs and courses in the shortest possible time, based on the requests and interests of companies. It takes into account the competencies that are in demand for employers and, at the same time, useful for the development of the Research and Education Center's projects," explains Svetlana Kovalenko.

Nowadays, the structure of the Competence Development Center has undergone changes. If in 2021 the center included only the direction of managerial training, now it includes an engineering center and an educational platform where one can take courses on IT projects, commercialization of innovations, digital transformation of business, etc. The expert noted that all online and offline educational projects presented at "Innoprom-2022" successfully passed approbation and will open a set of students and listeners. For example, in 2022 the network training of students in individual modules of the educational program of Master's Degree "Management of Scientific and Technical Projects" will start.

It should be added that the educational component of the Ural Interregional Research and Scientific Center is developed by the best lecturers and methodologists of the leading universities of the Urals - Ural Federal University, South Ural State University and Kurgan State University, with the involvement of international partner universities, which bring consolidated global best practices to the projects.

The Ural Interregional Research and Education Center - "Advanced Industrial Technologies and Materials" was established to combine the potential of educational and scientific organizations of the real sector of the Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, and Kurgan Regions.
