UrFU Researchers Participated in the International Conference

On June 15, the Third International Conference on E-Business Technologies - EBT, organized by the Department of E-Business (University of Belgrade), was officially opened.

The primary goal of the conference is to bring together leading professors, scientists, researchers and practitioners, the most successful IT companies and students to present ideas and real-world examples in the field of digital business.

EBT 2023 received 45 regular papers from various countries - Serbia, USA, Canada, Russia, Portugal, Croatia, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, India, Indonesia, Lithuania, Morocco, Spain, Pakistan, Portugal, Greece, Slovakia, Turkey, Eritrea and Rwanda.

The research team of the Ural Federal University presented an article "Applying Multi-Criteria Decision Making to Prioritization of Web 3.0 Development Factors". The article is a product of the semester project-based learning of the Master's students of the Affiliated Department Big Data Analysis and Methods of Videoanalysis of the Engineering School of Information Technologies, Telecommunications and Control Systems of the Ural Federal University and their supervisor.

The scientific team included Ebenezer Agbozo (Senior Lecturer) and final year students from the IT Innovations in Business Master's program - Kumar Avinash (Research Engineer) and Al-Samarrayi Safa Shakir Awad.

In this article, the researchers delve into the qualitative and quantitative study of the factors that drive developers to choose a blockchain architecture for Web 3.0 and the metaverse.
