At the Innoprom exhibition, the Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin was presented with the capabilities of the UrFU Engineering Center for Digital Machine Building Technologies. Together with Alikhan Smailov, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, and Roman Golovchenko, Prime Minister of Belarus, he studied the products designed and manufactured at the Center under the reverse engineering program.

Mikhail Mishustin was interested in the product "Punker fan impeller" because it is the first project of reverse engineering of critical components realized in Russia and put into serial production.

The Prime Minister also paid a lot of attention to gas transmissions - high-tech products that are part of KAMAZ and NEFAZ gas-powered engines. Today, buses and other gas-powered vehicles are increasingly integrated into the infrastructure of large Russian cities, and the fact that such an important part of the system was developed and manufactured in such a short time and with such high quality at the UrFU is of particular interest.

The representatives of the UrFU Engineering Center point out that these products have better technical characteristics than their foreign counterparts, which is a point of growth and accelerated technological development.

The UrFU Engineering Center has two exhibition spaces at Innoprom: the stand of the Agency for Technological Development (No. 2B4) and the stand of the Sverdlovsk Region (No. 3B8).
