According to experts, UrFU Rector Viktor Koksharov ranks among the top managers of Russia

The Rector of Ural Federal University, Victor Koksharov, has been included into the ranking of the top Russian managers, conducted by the Russian Managers' Association and "Kommersant" publishing house.

It's the first time the Top 1000 Russian Managers business ranking has been published.  The experts invited to participate in the project were heads of 81 federal subjects of Russia and leaders of regional business associations. They were asked to assess achievements of top managers in their regions and republics.

The ranking included 38 representatives of Sverdlovsk region, among whom were Director of 'Uralelectromed' Vladimir Kolotushkin, General Director of  the Ural Optical and Mechanical Plant Sergei Maxin, and others.

The ranking is based on the principle: "The best are chosen by the best": top managers included in the last year's ranking assess this year's candidates, which makes the assessment of the managers' professional reputation more efficient and objective.
