Cooperation agreement between UrFU and New Economic School has been signed

The partners looking forward to new joint projects in education and science

Today within the framework of the conference “Stable Development of Russian regions: economic policy under internal and external shocks” Victor Koksharov, rector of the university, and Shlomo Weber, scientific supervisor of Center for the Study of Diversity and Social Interactions in New Economic School, signed the cooperation agreement.

The agreement for five years supposes joint projects in science and education, data exchange, assistance in entering New Economic School for UrFU graduates and organizing professional development seminars for lecturers and post-graduates in economics.

“The agreement with one of the leading economic schools of Russia with good reputation on the international level is very significant moment for us”, - states Victor Koksharov, rector of the university. “That’s important for to move forward and try to make university well-known on the international scene to have such serious and significant partners. We are sure that our cooperation will develop increasingly.”
