Students’ Flashmob on the International Day of Peace

Russian and international students from the Dormitory 8 organized a flashmob

In the evening of September 26, the students expressed their affection to their “students’ home”. They lit 66 windows of the dormitory on Komsomolskaya, 70 to make a sign with the number of the dorm and a heart. It was also their way to celebrate the International Day of Peace:

"Everyone wants to live in peace and tranquility, and our hostel is no exception. It brings students of different nations and religions together. About 80 people came out to see our flashmob. In the future, we plan more events like this one, as they are aimed at uniting people and keeping team spirit," added the chairman of students’ council of the 8th dormitory, Maxim Ushakov.

The university is the project office of the Ural Interregional Research and Education Center "Advanced Industrial Technologies and Materials" designed for solving tasks of "Science" National Project.
