University Lecturer Established Contacts with Brazilian Colleagues

Associate Professor of the Department of Innovation and Intellectual Property of UrFU Institute of Physics and Technology Eduard Patrakov held negations

Eduard Patrakov visited the South American country and organized the launch of joint projects with the Brazilian Association of Higher Education Institutions (ABMES) and the Unis Group.

The Brazilian Association of Higher Education Institutions and Ural Federal University will work on the project "Psychology and Internet Risks for Personal Development and Human Potential - Children's Safety"; it is also planned to submit joint publications to international journals, participate in summer schools, lectures, conferences, courses.

Together with Unis Group, UrFU will develop programs "Mechanical engineering - Materials Resistance", "Psychology and Technology - Relations and New Technologies", "Psychology and Education - Internet Risks for Children".

‘These initiatives are important, because in addition to the established links between researchers, it is possible to make a scientific contribution by comparing the scientific developments of different countries, as well as exchanging experience,’ says Professor Fabrizio Peloso from the Center for Research, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (Brazil).

Joint research projects in the Unis Group are launched by representatives of six countries: Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia, Russia, Portugal, Spain. Students and staff of universities in these countries can take part not only in academic mobility programs, but also in international research projects.
