About 2,000 people took part in the Career Time event

Yesterday the Ural Federal University held an event called "Career Time". The event was attended by major federal and regional employers: Rosatom, Sinara Group, Bank of Russia, Gazprom divisions, Rusal, USSC, SVEL and many others.

Employees of companies told students about summer internship programs and opportunities to start a career, and held useful lectures and master classes. Participants could ask any questions to representatives of top employers, find out what kind of employees they expect and what skills they need to find a really good job. The participants were taught how to compose a competent resume and how to present oneself correctly at the interview. It was also a great opportunity to learn about the key trends in the labor market.

Rector of Ural Federal University Victor Koksharov notes that every year the "Career Time" campaign becomes more and more popular, because it is a very effective tool for introducing young people to the labor market and developing a direct employer-student connection.

"The master classes and trainings held as part of the campaign are extremely useful. As a result, the participants of Career Time have a clear idea of the requirements for young professionals from leading companies. Here students can find a real job, understand in which direction they should develop in order to build a successful career trajectory. The fact that the event is incredibly popular among young people is eloquently proved by the number of people who came to us on that day - about 2,000 people," emphasized Victor Koksharov.
