UrFU implements joint international projects with colleagues from Istanbul

Lecturers and scientists of Ural Federal University and Istanbul implement large international projects in the humanities, social, political and natural sciences. The agreement was reached during the meeting between UrFU rector Victor Koksharov and representatives of the Turkish university.

The delegation was particularly interested in the in exchange programs, summer schools and research projects, as well as in Master's program “Russian Studies”.

Professor Ismet Biner and Olcay Türkan will visit a festival “The first day @ Urals Federal" and spend a day in the campus on Lenina 51, where they will meet with representatives of different departments.

Ural Federal University is one of the leading universities in Russia founded in 1920. UrFU is located in Yekaterinburg, the capital of the Ural region, an economic, industrial, scientific and cultural center of Russia. The university is the project office of the Ural Interregional Research and Education Center "Advanced Industrial Technologies and Materials" designed for solving tasks of "Science" National Project.
