UrFU creates double degree programs in collaboration with the Hungarian colleagues

The university plans to launch programs in mechanics, machine building and engineering with Hungarian colleagues

Ural Federal University plans to create double degree programs in the field of mechanics, machine building and engineering in collaboration with one of the largest Hungarian universities Szent István University. This week the rector of UrFU Victor Koksharov held a meeting with Professor Dirk Stephan Binner.

"We are ready to strengthen cooperation," said Victor Koksharov. "We will focus on the master's program in mechanical engineering, as one of the key directions in the industry of Russia and the European Union."

UrFU has agreements on cooperation with ten universities in Hungary; two double degree programs in humanitarians and engineering are being developed. Ural and Hungarian colleagues regularly visit each other to participate in joint conferences and deliver lectures to students.
