Miloš Zeman will participate in the Czech Republic–Russia Business Forum

The official visit of the head of the Czech Republic to Russia started on November 21. According to Kremlin Press Service, in Sochi the President of Russia plans to discuss the development of relations between two countries, urgent European and international problems.

On November 24, the President of the Czech Republic will visit Ekaterinburg in order to take part in the Czech Republic–Russia Business Forum. The forum will also be attended by the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region Evgeniy Kuyvashev.

More than 80 leading companies from the Czech Republic, business-community of the Sverdlovsk Region and other regions of Russia will gather in Ekaterinburg to discuss interregional cooperation and sign the documents of economic and humanitarian cooperation.

The Forum is organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Czech Republic in CIS countries and the Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of the Department of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and the Sverdlovsk Region. The forum will take place in Hyatt Regency in Ekaterinburg.

It is expected, that the President of the Czech Republic Miloš Zeman and the Governor Evgeniy Kuyvashev will give official speeches.

The list of participants includes organizations involved in agriculture, banking, mining and smelting, healthcare, light industry, mechanical engineering, building, transport, logistics, tourism, consulting, etc.

‘I am glad that three years ago I promised to Evgeniy Kuyvashev to visit Ekaterinburg. In November of this year I finally got the opportunity to redeem my promise’, noted Mr. Zeman in Brno during the meeting with the Russian delegation at the MSV exhibition.
